科研成果
实验室长期聚焦植物-病原微生物互作的表观调控机理研究,在DNA与组蛋白修饰、小RNA与RNA修饰的分子机制解析及其对植物-病原互作的调控领域取得了一系列重要成果(ORCID主页: https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0527-5866)。代表性成果包括解析组蛋白H3K4/K9/K27甲基化建立的分子机制及其对植物免疫的调控、解析植物DNA甲基化与去甲基化的分子机制、解析小RNA与RNA修饰介导的植物-病原互作机制、发现首个病原真菌编码的植物跨界RNAi抑制子、揭示植物病毒病和黄萎病分子致病机理等。累计发表SCI 论文60余篇,引用5000余次,其中在Nat Commun (3)、PNAS (3)、Mol Plant、New Phytologist、JIPB (4)等期刊发表通讯(含共同)作者论文24篇,在Cell Research、PNAS、Plant Cell、EMBO J等期刊发表第一(含共同)作者论文13篇。作为副主编撰写《小RNA-植物生命过程的关键密码》一部。
